Participants can compete in one of the 8 categories listed below.

1 CW/SSB – High Power SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH MIXED
2 CW/SSB – Low Power SINGLE-OP ALL LOW MIXED
3 CW only – High Power SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH CW
4 CW only – Low Power SINGLE-OP ALL LOW CW
5 SSB only – High Power SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH SSB
6 SSB only – Low Power SINGLE-OP ALL LOW SSB
7 SINGLE-OP-UNLIMITED (Mix only) SINGLE-OP-UNLIMITED
8 SINGLE-OP QRP (Mix only) SINGLE-OP ALL QRP
Disclaimer: Three (3) different Experimental categories were introduced in EUHFC 2023 and two (2)
categories will remain and become official categories from 2024 onwards: “Unlimited” and “QRP”.
The Experimental “One-band” category (single band entries) is discontinued and will no longer exists as
determined by the Contest Committee as did not meet the basic principles of the EU HF Championship
where competitors fight for the enviable title of European champion.
